We have been in the plumbing industry for a combined total of 45 years. Ian a certifying plumber and gasfitter. Started his career in the UK and moved to New Zealandi in 2006, and Sarah who has been a bathroom consultant for over a decade. We constantly get asked about lime scale and what we can do to make cleaning easier, Well after a lot of research we have found a new innovative technology which will make cleaning easier. This is where Hard water conditioners NZ begun.

Hard water is used to describe water with a lot of lime (Calcite) in it. You will notice how hard your water is by seeing a white residue on your kettle, taps, shower head and glass. This build up if left untreated becomes very difficult to remove.

- Hard water causes lime to build up in your pipes, tapware and appliances, which reduces their lifespan.
- Leaves hard to clean deposits on surfaces.
- Reduces the effectiveness of cleaners

When the water is softened, the lime is replaced by sodium (Salt) So there is no lime to form on surfaces.
In doing this it can lead to corrosion in appliances & pipes. It is advised that a seperate non softened tap be used for drinking water.
Softeners have ongoing expenses such as salt and electricity, and require regular maintenance

We are the importers of Hard water conditioners, it is an innovative technology that conditions the water. It reacts with the lime to form a non stick form of lime (Called Aragonite) which can be easily wiped clean with household products.
It takes away the negatives of hard water and leaves you with naturally occurring minerals.
